1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. 2. Immobilized human RSPO3-His (146) (Cat:11185-H08H1) at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human RNF43-Fc. The EC50 of human RNF43-Fc is 0.01-0.03μg/mL.
A DNA sequence encoding the human RNF43 (NP_060233.3) (Met1-Tyr197) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
The recombinant human RNF43/Fc comprises 412 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 45.8 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 52 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Stability & Storage
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70℃ Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

RNF43 Background Information
RNF43 mutations are frequently detected in colorectal cancer cells and lead to a loss of function of the ubiquitin E3 ligase. The outer mitochondrial membrane 34 (TOMM34) and ring finger protein 43 (RNF43) as highly expressed oncogenes in malignant colorectal tumors. RNF43 is a tumour suppressor gene that suppresses the Wnt-beta-catenin signalling pathway.
